Find the ideal site where you would like your home to be built.

  • Merge your ideal home to the surrounding landscape. Does it suit you dream house?

  • Watch the location for buildings nearby. Would they complement your view?

  • Inspect road location as well. How long would it take you to go to work? Is the drive enjoyable?

Determine in detail how much space you would like in your home.

  • Determine how many people will be living in the house because this number determines how many rooms, bathrooms will be required, the size of the kitchen area, and dining area.

  • Would you like extra features such as a balcony, patio, pool, Jacuzzi, a guest house, barn, or a tool shed?

  • How many cars would you like to fit in the garage and driveway?

Consulting an expert is highly recommended.

  • Contact architects to explain your ideas and then compare the designs they developed.

  • Contact a contractor that can construct your home and take in consideration the surroundings.

  • If need further assistance, you can also contact interior designers or even gardeners.

Work as a team with the individuals involved in the planning and construction process.

  • Communicate with your team if have any concerns right away.

  • Don’t close any deal until you and your team are pleased and have concluded that it can be safely implemented.
