3. VISIT ONE OF OUR MODEL HOMES & CHOOSE A FLOOR PLAN

Visit any of our model homes and talk with one our Buyer’s Specialists. They can show you all of our products, floor plans, communities, home sites, features, and options.





4. ENTER IN TO CONTRACT

Once you have decided on the plan that will fulfill your needs you will fill out a Purchase Agreement. This purchase agreement will list the terms of your new home purchase including sales price, lot, plan, features, and a tentative closing date.



5. BUILD

Your new home will be built to the specifications and features that were agreed to in your Purchase Agreement (Contract). You will see your new home come to life thanks to the hard work of our amazing contractors, suppliers, and construction mangers. We have a 100 point inspection.





6. NEW HOME ORIENTATION

Upon completion a meeting will be setup so that you can walk your home with our Delivery Manager. At this meeting you will learn about your warranty, you will also learn how to care for your new home, required home owner maintenance, and you will have an opportunity to point out any areas of concern.



7. CLOSE

A meeting will the title company will enable you to sign all of the documentation to complete the purchase of your new home. This will include the warranty deed transferring ownership of your new home, your mortgage documents, warranty documents, etc. Keys to your new home will be rleased to you upon funding of the mortgage loan.
