We realize that buyers have many options when shopping for a new home and that all of the features, upgrades, and options that builders offer can be confusing. Many times, a prospective buyer will enter into a builder’s model home only to find that the home is full of tens of thousands of dollars worth of upgrades. At Palo Verde Homes, we pride ourselves on making the home buying process as easy as possible.

One way that we do this is by not installing things that aren’t standard in our model homes so that you can see exactly what your home will look like. We call this our “It’s Included” policy. We find that this makes the home buying experience a more positive and customer friendly one. (NOTE: Furniture, televisions, computers, cameras, speakers, and audio equipment are used for staging and/or security purposes and will never be included as standard features.)
